Today the Court granted my Motion for Summary Judgment in the Comins v. VanVoorhis case, on the grounds that Chris Comins failed to obey the basic legal requirements that must be met before suing a media defendant for libel in the state of Florida.

Sorry, I’m late to this. Very, very glad that the court ruled in your favor. Like Laura, I too am wondering if the judge ordered Mr. Comins to pay your attorney’s fees. I’m guessing not judging by the title of this post.

Actually, he filed an appeal AND a second lawsuit.
